GTI   Tele Medicine


GTI provides healthcare consultation services to un-served or under-served population in Uttar Pradesh through the Tele-medicine Services project (“Tele-medicine Project”) which is implemented in the entire state catering to a population of 220,000,000. Under the Tele-consultation Services, a patient may call from any location using a phone (land line or handheld) by dialing 104 to receive immediate advice on call. The doctors may be able to prescribe OTC (over the counter) drugs based on the symptoms detailed by the patient in accordance with the prevailing laws.

  • TELEMEDICINE: BY GTI

  • TELE-CONSULTANCY

    Under the Tele-consultation Services, a patient may call from any location using a phone (land line or handheld) by dialing 104 to receive immediate advice on call. The doctors may be able to prescribe OTC (over the counter) drugs based on the symptoms detailed by the patient in accordance with the prevailing laws. The details of medicine is sent via SMS/Email (to the patient), and the electronic prescription shall be sent via email to the patient and nearest public health facility). Further, some of the cases may be referred to nearest PHC/CHC/district hospital, as they may require certain level of physical examination and / or conducting of diagnostics tests and / or require medicines from nearest public health facility. In case of referral for diagnostics tests, the Central Patient Portal has the capability of sharing the information with the designated centres for necessary steps.

    The state-of-the-art Medical Call Center implemented by GTI hosts Medical Consultants, BAMS Doctors, MBBS Doctors equipped with the best of contact center technologies:
    - IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)
    - CTI (Computer Telephony Interface)
    - CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
    - ACD (Auto Call Distributor)

  • Central Patient Portal

    GTI has developed a Central Patient Portal that shall store electronic medical records (“EMR”) of all patients, maintain a record of consultations carried out as a part of telemedicine project, maintain a record of availability and utilization of manpower deployed as a part of telemedicine project and execute other operations. The Central Patient Portal is integrated with EMR developed by GTI (Tele-Consultation and Video-Consultation Service Providers) for the Project. GTI updates Central Patient Portal on real-time basis.

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

    GTI has developed EMR for Tele-Consultation. The EMR is integrated with Central Patient Portal. GTI uses the EMR to register a patient, record medical history and any other detail as be required. EMR system captures mandatory fields and has the ability to interact with Central Patient Portal. The EMR is developed in compliance with Electronic Health Record guidelines issued by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
