Call Centre Executive / Team Leader

Languages Required: Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, English, Punjabi, Malayalam
Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and resolve queries.
  • Accurately document and update customer information.
  • Work in rotational shifts as required.
    Qualification: Any Graduation/12th
