Languages Required: Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, English, Punjabi, Malayalam
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve queries.
- Accurately document and update customer information.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Qualification: Any Graduation/12th
