About the Client
Directorate General of Health Services, Government of NCT of Delhi, is responsible for managing and supporting public healthcare facilities across the National Capital Territory. The department oversees multiple hospitals and healthcare institutions that provide medical services to a large number of patients on a daily basis through OPD, IPD, and emergency healthcare services.
This project strengthens Delhi Health Services hospitals by delivering efficient patient registration, administrative support, and seamless healthcare operations through skilled manpower deployment.
About The Project
GTI deployed trained Data Entry Operators and support personnel for Delhi Health Services hospitals to manage patient registration and administrative operations at OPD, IPD, and emergency counters. The scope of work included handling patient registrations, maintaining digital records, processing billing-related activities, and supporting hospital administrative workflows.
The deployed manpower was responsible for ensuring smooth registration processes, accurate patient data management, and efficient coordination with hospital departments while maintaining service continuity in busy healthcare environments. GTI also managed workforce deployment, attendance monitoring, supervision, and operational coordination to ensure uninterrupted support services across hospital facilities.
