About the Client
The National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh (NHM UP) launched in 2005 aims to provide accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare to the state’s population, especially in rural and vulnerable areas by Focusing on maternal, child, and communicable disease care by strengthening healthcare infrastructure, enhancing workforce capacity, and ensuring effective implementation of health programs across the state.
About The Project
GTI has been awarded the prestigious Tele consultancy project by National Health Mission that comes under the Government of UP. The Project has been implanted across the state of UP catering to a population of 220 million. GTI has developed and operates the Tele-Consultation Call Centres through toll free health helpline which provides medical advice and health related information to users who connect by dialling 104 in the state of UP. GTI has been operating call centre seats for both inbound & outbound calling.
GTI has commenced its operation with Medical Call Centres, having sitting capacity of about 200 call operators including Paramedics, Counsellors, AU Doctors & MBBS Doctors for providing the Services.
This state-of-the-art system modernizes healthcare delivery by offering real-time decision support, comprehensive module integration, and offline functionality for remote locations. It bridges the gap between administrative, operational, and clinical processes, ensuring that healthcare professionals have the tools to deliver superior care under any circumstance.
