About The Project

GTI implemented a comprehensive QR-code-based Track & Trace solution for SERVO lubricant products of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The project involved development, design, commissioning, and supply of unique serialized QR codes to be placed on lubricant bottles and packaging units for end-to-end product traceability.

The solution enabled real-time tracking of products across the entire supply chain, including manufacturers, warehouses, distributors, dealers, and retailers. By scanning the QR code, stakeholders could access the movement history and complete distribution journey of a particular product unit, ensuring transparency and authenticity verification throughout the supply chain.
